Homeless Animal Response Program, or H.A.R.P, is an all volunteer animal welfare organization dedicated to serving animals in the far East Contra Costa County. We are working to end pet overpopulation through community eduation, spay and neuter programs, and adoptions. Our group, as well as our website, is fairly new so we appreciate your patience. Please take the time to read more about our cause and what you can do to help.
